1. Who We Are

Lennox Prime Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates lennoxprime.com and the freERP financial modeling platform. Our contact email is LennoxPrimeConsulting@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Collect

When you create an account and use our platform we collect:

• Account information: email address, first name, last name, company name, billing address, and a hashed (bcrypt) password.
• Usage data: login count, last login timestamp, and the date your account was created.
• Files you upload: spreadsheets and PDFs you submit for parsing. These are processed server-side and stored in your account.
• Financial models: the data you enter or import into freERP modules (Revenue, Expenses, Accounting, Forecast), stored as JSON associated with your account.

We do not collect payment card details, track you with cookies across other sites, or sell your data to any third party.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and provide access to your models and files.
• To store your financial models so you can retrieve them across sessions.
• To monitor platform usage in aggregate (e.g. total user count, file count) for internal reporting. No individual data is shared.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on a private VPS hosted by IONOS in Germany. We apply the following security measures:

• HTTPS / TLS enforced on all connections with HSTS.
• Passwords are never stored in plaintext — only bcrypt hashes (cost factor 10).
• JWTs expire after 1 hour; refresh tokens expire after 30 days and are stored server-side so they can be revoked.
• Rate limiting on login, registration, and file parse endpoints.
• File type validation (magic bytes) on all uploads.
• HTTP security headers via Helmet (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, etc.).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time (see below) and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

6. Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties. Our platform does not include advertising, analytics trackers, or third-party SDKs that access your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you — contact us at LennoxPrimeConsulting@gmail.com.
• Correct inaccurate data — update your account details in the dashboard.
• Delete your account and all associated data — use the form below.
• Data portability — export your models as CSV from within each freERP module.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
